LemonStand Version 1 Has Been Discontinued

This documentation is for LemonStand Version 1. LemonStand is now offered as a cloud-based eCommerce platform.

Managing LemonStand users

To manage users, please click the Users submenu on the System menu. Click the Add user button to add a new user, or click a user in the user list, to modify an existing user. For each user you must specify a personal and contact information as well as account data – the login and password. On the Account tab you can specify whether the user is an administrator. If user is an administrator, all pages of LemonStand, including the System menu, will be available for the user.

Also, you need to select a user role on the Shop tab. To learn more about the order route and user roles, please read the Configuring the Order Route article.

You cannot delete users which have logged into the system at least once, because LemonStand tracks and saves user activity into the database. You can disable a user account by selecting the Disabled item in the Status menu of the Account tab of the user form. Users with disabled accounts cannot log into the system.
