Tracking payment attempts

LemonStand allows you to check a status as well as a payment gateway request and response values for order payment attempts made by customers or by LemonStand users.

To view a list of payment attempts, open the Order Preview page by clicking an order in the order list and navigate to the Payment Attempts tab. Click an row in the payment attempt list. You will see all information related to the payment attempt, including the error message (if applicable) and payment gateway response values.

Some sensitive fields, like credit card validation numbers or payment gateway authorization keys, are not shown in the payment attempt details window.
