Giveaway module

Giveaway module implements the viral marketing approach where participants (entrants) should share the giveaway page URL with other people in order to get more chances to win. Each entrant gets its own Share Link, which could be shared on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ and/or other social networks. When somebody uses this link to sign up for the giveaway, the first entrant gets +1 entry. The quantity of entries determines the entrant's probability of winning.

Beside the Share Link each entrant gets the Dashboard Link, which refers to the page where entrants can see the number of their entries, social network buttons and the Share Link. Entrants should confirm their registration with clicking the Dashboard Link the confirmation email messages which they get on signup. Entrants automatically get 1 entry on the signup confirmation.

The module completely automates the process of building the giveaway page and managing entrants and entries. It integrates reCAPTCHA anti-bot service which helps to protect the signup page, bit.ly URL shortening service and automatically generates social network buttons. Giveaway pages are completely customizable. If you are running many giveaways, you can create a single "shared" page and use it for different giveaways. If you want to create a uniquely designed page for running a specific giveaway you can do it too.
