Event handler signature

public void event_onAfterSetCartQuantity(string $cart_name, string $key, integer $value)
$cart_name string specifies the cart name.
$key string specifies the cart item key.
$value integer specifies the new quantity value.
Triggered after a product quantity in the cart has been changed. Usage example: 
public function subscribeEvents()
{
  Backend::$events->addEvent('shop:onAfterSetCartQuantity', $this, 'after_set_cart_quantity');
}

public function after_set_cart_quantity($cart_name, $key, $value)
{
  $item = Shop_Cart::find_item($key, $cart_name);
  if ($item)
    traceLog('New quantity value for '.$item->product->name.': '.$value);
}
