Creates an object of the class. You can use this method with find_by_code() method to load a state by its code:

find_by_id() method

public static Shop_CountryState find_by_id(integer $id)
$id integer specifies the state identifier.
{return} Shop_CountryState returns a state object or NULL if the state is not found.
Loads a state by its identifier. This method uses internal memory cache and it is preferable to use this method for loading state objects.
